25 Sep HDB BTO 4-Room Contemporary At Blk 120B Punggol Edge
This is a 3D design proposed for a HDB BTO 4-room flat at Blk 120B Punggol Edge. One thing that is common for modern contemporary designs is the use of neutral colors for the interior.
For example, in the living area, the designer places three vertical prominent lines in the TV feature wall. On first glance, these lines are nothing to get excited for, but they are lifting the mood in the interior and make it look timeless and sleek.
One excellent solution in the living area is the faux wall with glass panels that separates the living from the study area.
Installing windows within the apartment is something that the designer is keen on doing. He uses the same trick to separate the dining area from the kitchen.
In the master bedroom, it is all about creating cozy and comfortable environment, and the greyish drapes sure help in that regard.
As mentioned, prominent lines help to make the interior more interesting and playful, and we see that from the moment we step into the entry hall, where the designer places a “sort of a faux door” with two prominent lines spreading from the shoes cabinet and going to the ceiling and the opposite wall.
