16 Jun HDB 4-Room BTO Modern Industrial @ Blk 432C Yishun
The hacking of the wall between the master bedroom and bedroom 2 transformed the master bedroom into a wardrobe and work area, segregating bedroom 2 into a plain sleeping area.
The work area was purposely placed by the window to allow bright and natural light from coming in. So is the open concept wardrobe dedicated to that space just outside the bathroom for convenience of use.
Industrial Concept For Young Couple
The black framed structure in the living room, incorporated for the industrial concept, was purposely placed in such a position to segregate a foyer area.
The opening in the middle allows light to be well distributed and the long rustic shoe cabinet provides sufficient table top space that could act as a counter for additional visitors in the home.
To infuse the industrial concept, the cement screed wall was added to emphasize and differentiate the TV feature wall to the surrounding brick walls. The light coloured wood flooring was also specially selected to ensure the room looks brighter and more spacious.
To ensure concept cohesiveness, brick like tiles were selected to be placed between the top and bottom cabinets. The combination of the metallic look with the wooden top touch provides a modern industrial finish to the kitchen.
The wooden bedhead feature, incorporated with the cove lighting effect, is fabulously in sync with the modern industrial theme. The raised platform at the side creates an exclusive space to chill and relax.
