Exposed Pipes and Wooden Panel Flooring You Never Seen Before

Industrial design concepts are becoming more and more popular in modern day designs. At first they were incorporated through bits and pieces of furniture and fixtures until eventually the male population widely accepted this concept and made them a permanent and constant design aspect in their homes.

A clear example of this is this Upper East Coast bachelor pad which we are proudly featuring in today’s post.

This design is perfect for any man who is enjoying his prime years and likes a rough yet brought together look. From the brick walls in living room that extend to the second level of the unit, the exposed pipes, wooden flooring and even the high ceiling that really brings the whole design together.

Certain elements such as the unpainted columns and exposed wiring are an additional feature to this living space. The addition of leather seating and high end appliances add a hint of sophistication against the toughness of this design.
