Here, I pick 7 projects to give you some ideas of how you can make do with certain things to decorate with whites.
Adding Textures to the Whites
This room is pretty awesome! I am a fan of marbling designs and I am so in love with how the designer came up with the marbling design for the wall of the television as well as the carpet on the glossy white floor tiles.
It added such classiness and elegance! Together with earthly toned furnishings, it made such a stunning home to stay in. Click on the picture to hop over to the source for more pictures!
Beside adding textures like marbling, one can also play around with the lighting fixtures and mirrors to create a spacious and airy feeling, yet cozy.
Why not add a dash of personality to your home? Adding textured walls like brick wall can also help to create beautiful surroundings at home to bring out the chic look which can be visually appealing to the eye.
I like how the designer chose the swing chair, art decoration (painting) and pillowcase with word design because it just add interesting feature to the whole look, making it looks fun and lively.
Adding splash of colors to the Whites
Skip the boring greys and black and go for bold or bright colours instead!
This is such a bold move to add the bright shade of pink into the whites of the room. It creates a stunning and visually appealing room!
How about adding different shades of blue? It make everything looks so feminine and sweet! The light blue curtains matching with the sheer curtains add some daintiness, and adding lightness to the space and air of softness.
Don’t forget your kitchen too! You can also add splashes of color as well to liven up the atmosphere which give you the mood to cook delicious meals while whistling away.
White and wood make an excellent combination
Combinations of whites and wooden finishings are always trending in home interior designs, making homes look more warm and inviting. The combination helps to harmonise the interior for the homes.
Doesn’t this house looks so warm and inviting? I just love how the designer put together a farmhouse concept right in Singapore! The cozy corner looks so comforting with lush of green at your feet, I will no doubt love to spend my morning sitting there reading book with a cup of coffee.
